7-Day Return Policy
Thank you for choosing Dhammalipi Foundation for your Bahujan product needs. We understand that sometimes returns or exchanges are necessary, and we are here to assist you.
Return and Exchange Policy:
- Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted only for unused or damaged products. The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when you received it.
- Timeframe: You must initiate the return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges after 7 days.
- Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at Hello@dhammalipifoundation.com with your order number and reason for return/exchange. We will provide further instructions on how to proceed.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refunds: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
- Exchanges: For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product once we receive and inspect the original item to ensure it meets our eligibility criteria.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if the product is not in its original packaging or condition.
